At Event Venues KC, we believe booking your event should feel effortless. That's why we've created three streamlined packages for each venue —so you can choose the perfect fit for your celebration.
Each package includes all the essentials you need, with optional add-ons to customize your experience. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large event, our packages make it easy to stay within budget while still hosting something unforgettable.
*PLEASE REMEMBER: Your package selection must include all time spent inside the venue—including setup and breakdown. Early arrival and late departure are not permitted.
Weekday Packages (Monday – Thursday)
4 Hour Rental
• 4-Hour Minimum Required
• $400 total (plus $300 security deposit)
• *Add up to 4 additional hours at $100 per hour
• Ideal for meetings, small celebrations, showers, and corporate events.
Full Day Rental
• Up to 14 Hours Access
• $1,200 per day (plus $600 security deposit)
• Best value for weddings, receptions, and large events.
Weekend Packages (Friday – Sunday)
6 Hour Rental
• 6-Hour Minimum Required
• $1800 total (plus $300 security deposit)
• *Add up to 2 additional hours at $300 per hour
• Perfect for parties, receptions, and special occasions.
Full Day Rental
• Up to 16 Hours Access
• $2,800 per day (plus $600 security deposit)
• Premium package for weddings and large-scale events.
