OUR PACKAGES
Every rental is simple, with optional add-ons to make it yours.
Booking fee: Required to reserve your date. Non-refundable and credited toward your balance.
Damage deposit: $500, refundable. Returned within 14 days after your event, provided there is no damage.
Monthly payments: Required for all bookings. Total balances are due 60 days before the event.
Included in every package: Licensed and bonded armed security, event insurance, and venue cleanup.
Rental time: Your rental time includes setup, your event, and breakdown.
Holiday rates: Holidays that fall Monday through Thursday are booked at a special holiday rate. Contact us for pricing.

Flexible access: extra time for decorating, setup, and a relaxed breakdown.
Signature Package: $2,800 total
Fixed access window: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM.
Includes setup and breakdown within this window.

Booking Fee & Payments
A non-refundable booking fee holds your date and is credited toward your balance: $2,000 at Industrial or $1,500 at Onyx. Monthly payment arrangements are required for all bookings, and your balance is due 60 days before your event.
A separate $500 refundable damage deposit is returned within 14 days after your event if there is no damage. Onyx weddings include the exclusive outdoor courtyard.

This package offers a comfortable, private space to come together and support one another, with the essential furnishings and amenities already included.
Check Your Funeral Package
Many funeral homes offer packages that include the cost of the repast and catering. Before booking, we encourage you to contact your funeral home to ask whether this is covered. It may help ease the financial burden during this difficult time.
No deposit or booking fee required. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
